♡ Terms of Service ♡
By engaging in a commission with me (the artist/illustrator), the commissioner (you) indicates their acceptance and understanding of these terms.These terms of service are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to commissioners with ongoing commissions.
♡ I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason. If a commission is declined, the commissioner will be notified promptly, and any payment made for that specific commission will be refunded in full.♡ I will not draw: Gore, NSFW, Full-on Mecha, anything controversial, anything that promotes hate speech and violence, or anything NFT-related.♡ Rush commissions may be accommodated at my discretion and may incur additional fees. The availability is subject to my schedule and workload, and the commissioner must confirm the rush commission feasibility with me before proceeding.♡ I will draw with my OWN art style. I will not replicate or imitate the art style of other artists or copyrighted works.♡ If the commissioner is under the age of 18, they must obtain parental or guardian consent before commissioning artwork.
♡ Do not claim any commissioned work as your own. Do not repost any commissioned work without the commissioner's consent.♡ Do not make significant modifications to the commissioned artwork, such as removing my watermark, adding or removing elements, without my consent.♡ Do not use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes. A separate licensing agreement must be negotiated, and additional fees may apply.♡ When sharing the commissioned artwork online or in print, the commissioner agrees to credit the illustrator by including their name and a link to their social media or portfolio page.♡ I may use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion and marketing purposes, including sharing it on social media and including it in my portfolio.
♡ Process ♡
♡ Estimated time to complete a commission is about 1-3 weeks from the date of order depending on the complexity of the commission and other factors such as:
Time constraint
Health
Family-related circumstances
Personal circumstances
If any issue stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.
Once the commission details and references have been reviewed, I will start working on the sketch. It will be detailed (as detailed as a sketch can be) and I will send it over then ask for your approval before proceeding. Revisions are free at this stage.
When the commission piece is complete, I will send over a low-quality, heavily watermarked image for you to review one last time in case you want any changes. If you’re satisfied, send 100% of the agreed balance.
After confirming payment, the finished commission will be sent to your specified social media or email address in PNG format.
♡ Payment Details ♡
♡ The currency accepted is $ (USD) to be paid in Paypal or Wise.♡ I also accept ₱ (PHP) via Maya/GCash e-wallets or Bank Transfer to BDO/RCBC.♡ Other currencies will be converted based on the USD rate.
♡ Each additional character is 70% of the total commission price.♡ For commissions that require expedited delivery within a timeframe of 1-5 days, I will charge an additional fee 50% of the total commission price.♡ For cancellation after partial completion of the commission, the client has to pay 50% of the total commission.♡ I won’t accept refunds once the commission is complete.
